Returns

You have the right to return your order within 14 calendar days from the date you received it, in accordance with Cyprus and EU consumer protection laws.

To be eligible for a return, please ensure that:

  • The item is unused, unopened, and in the same condition that you received it.

  • The item is in its original packaging.

  • You have the receipt or proof of purchase.

Products that cannot be returned:

  • Items that have been opened, used, or are not in resalable condition for hygiene reasons (e.g., opened cosmetics, skincare, or personal care products).

  • Gift cards.

  • Sale items marked as final sale.

How to Return

To initiate a return, please contact us at contact@beautycavecy.com with your order number and details.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.

Refunds

Once we receive your item, we will inspect it and notify you on the status of your refund.

If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your original method of payment. Refunds typically take 5–10 business days to process depending on your bank or payment provider.

Exchanges
